This instrument was designed to collect information on K-12 teachers' perceptions of the factors that influenced the selection of lesson content and pedagogy. Influences considered include: standards documents, accountability systems, administrative support, teacher professional development, teacher beliefs about the content and about students, and the physical environment. Results of the interview are used to complete the second half the Observation and Analytic Protocol.
Notes on use: The protocol is intended to be used in conjunction with the Inside the Classroom Observation and Analytic Protocol.
