Project Description
Teacher Professional Development and Collaboration to Integrate Cybersecurity in Mathematics and Science Elementary Curriculum (CiMS) is a partnership between North Carolina State University and the University of Delaware. Structured as a design and development project, CiMS aims to iteratively develop, refine, and test an innovative professional development program that supports teachers in integrating cybersecurity concepts into 4th and 5th grade mathematics and science instruction with a goal of enhancing cybersecurity knowledge for elementary students across North Carolina.

Evaluation Services
The evaluation is monitoring the quality of project activities to provide feedback on the professional development program and the project’s research activities. In addition, the evaluation is examining impacts of project activities, including the extent to which the project’s research contribute to the broader knowledge base.
